A high-energy, stop-and-go match where competitors aim to land clean, controlled strikes to legal target areas. Each time a point is scored, action pauses briefly before restarting. Precision, speed, and control are key!
A single round of nonstop action! Competitors flow from technique to technique as judges score based on clean hits, control, and overall ring presence. It’s fast, exciting, and all about sustained effort and strategy.
Traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in uniform (Gi). Competitors earn points for takedowns, positional control, and sweeps—plus, matches can be won instantly with a clean, legal submission. Strategy and skill meet sportsmanship on the mat.
Just like our Gi division—but without the uniform grips! Athletes wear rash guards and grappling shorts, relying more on body control, speed, and technique to earn points or finish with a submission.
