Warrior Kids: Kickboxing (6-13 yrs) Checklist

Welcome, Future Kickboxers! 🥊

Get ready to learn awesome moves, build confidence, and have a blast in your first Kickboxing class at Warrior Kids! Here’s what you need to know:

What to Bring:

  1. Comfortable Clothes:
    • Think sweatpants, t-shirts, or athletic wear that allow for kicking and punching.
  2. Water Bottle:
    • Stay hydrated during class!
  3. A Positive Attitude and Lots of Energy!

What to Expect:

  1. Warm-up:
    • Get your body moving with fun exercises and stretches.
  2. Basic Kickboxing Techniques:
    • Learn punches, kicks, and combinations in a safe and exciting way.
  3. Drills and Partner Work:
    • Practice your skills with fun drills and partner exercises (with proper safety gear, of course!).
  4. Cool-down:
    • Gentle stretches to help your muscles relax after class.

Tips for Your First Class:
