Get ready to learn awesome moves, build confidence, and have a blast in your first Kickboxing class at Warrior Kids! Here’s what you need to know:
What to Bring:
- Comfortable Clothes:
- Think sweatpants, t-shirts, or athletic wear that allow for kicking and punching.
- Water Bottle:
- Stay hydrated during class!
- A Positive Attitude and Lots of Energy!
What to Expect:
- Warm-up:
- Get your body moving with fun exercises and stretches.
- Basic Kickboxing Techniques:
- Learn punches, kicks, and combinations in a safe and exciting way.
- Drills and Partner Work:
- Practice your skills with fun drills and partner exercises (with proper safety gear, of course!).
- Cool-down:
- Gentle stretches to help your muscles relax after class.
