Warrior Kickboxing: Newbie Checklist

Welcome, Future Kickboxers! 🥊

Get ready to unleash your inner power, build confidence, and have a blast in your first Kickboxing class at Warrior Kids! Here’s what you need to know:

What to Bring:

  1. Comfortable Workout Clothes:
    • Think shorts, t-shirts, or athletic wear that allow for kicking and punching.
  2. Water Bottle:
    • Stay hydrated during class!
  3. A Positive Attitude and Lots of Energy!
  4. Optional Gear:
    • Boxing gloves and hand wraps (if you have your own).

What to Expect:

  1. Warm-up:
    • Get your body moving with dynamic stretches and cardio exercises.
  2. Kickboxing Techniques:
    • Learn punches, kicks, and combinations. 
  3. Drills and Conditioning:
    • Practice your skills with fun drills and conditioning exercises.
  4. Cool-down:
    • Gentle stretches to help your muscles relax after class.

Tips for Your First Class:

  1. Listen to Your Instructor:
    • They’re here to guide you and keep you safe.
  2. Try Your Best and Have Fun!
    • It’s okay if you don’t get everything right away.
