Get ready to learn awesome techniques, build confidence, and have a blast in your first Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class at Warrior Kids! Here’s what you need to know:
What to Bring:
- Comfortable Clothes:
- Think athletic wear or a gi if you have one. Make sure your clothes don’t have zippers or pockets that could get caught.
- Water Bottle:
- Stay hydrated during class!
- A Positive Attitude and Lots of Energy!
What to Expect:
- Warm-up:
- Get your body moving with fun exercises and stretches.
- Basic Jiu-Jitsu Techniques:
