Get ready to learn awesome techniques, build confidence, and have a blast in your first Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class at Warrior Kids! Here’s what you need to know:

What to Bring:

  1. Comfortable Clothes:
    • Think athletic wear or a gi if you have one. Make sure your clothes don’t have zippers or pockets that could get caught.
  2. Water Bottle:
    • Stay hydrated during class!
  3. A Positive Attitude and Lots of Energy!

What to Expect:

  1. Warm-up:
    • Get your body moving with fun exercises and stretches.
  2. Basic Jiu-Jitsu Techniques:
    • Learn fundamental movements, positions, and submissions.
  3. Drills and Partner Work:
    • Practice your skills with partners in a safe and controlled environment.
  4. Cool-down:
    • Gentle stretches to help your muscles relax after class.

Tips for Your First Class:
