Adult / Teen MMA (14 to Adult)

Adult & Teen MMA / Self-Defense Real skills. Real sweat. Real confidence. Our classes blend high-energy MMA with street-proven self-defense techniques. You’ll learn how to strike hard, stay safe, and handle real-world threats, including defenses against grabs, weapons, and more.

Adult / Teen Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (14 to Adult)

Control the fight—without throwing a punch. Our BJJ program teaches you how to defend, escape, and dominate using leverage and technique, not size or strength. Whether you’re training for self-defense, competition, or personal growth, every class builds real skill, grit, and confidence.

Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (7-13yrs)

Confidence starts on the mat. Our BJJ program teaches kids real-world self-defense in a fun, safe, and structured environment, while building focus, discipline, and resilience with every roll.

Warrior Dance (4-14yrs)

More than moves, it’s confidence in motion! From tiny dancers to growing performers, our high-energy classes blend fun, discipline, and creativity. Whether it’s hip hop, jazz, or other styles, your child will build rhythm, coordination, and self-expression in a positive, uplifting environment.

Adult Tai Chi

Summer Camp (K-5th Grade)
